Susan passed away at Sunnyside Home in Kitchener on Friday, February 9, 2018 at the age of 77.
Beloved wife of David Pearson for 56 great years. Loving mother of Jennifer Pearson-Vanier and her husband Martin Vanier and Stephen Pearson and his wife Suzette. Cherished grandmother of Jacob, Aaron and Joshua. Dear sister of Joanne Cook and Bill Crissinger.
Predeceased by her parents Homer and Edith (Heard) Crissinger, and two brothers.
Susan was an elementary school teacher for over 20 years, mostly teaching French. She was a lady who did much more than she got credit for. She raised two fine children, moved all over Ontario (without complaints) due to David’s job, wallpapered (a real test of a marriage), did sketches, tolerated the pain of Arthritis, set up and managed Dolls Etc. Outlets in various antique markets where she sold or bought antique toys and dolls, and was in a total of 6 or 7 antique markets (but not at the same time). She had the best smile which was her trademark! Sue will be truly missed by those who knew her.
