<h1>Carl Stevens</h1> Carl passed away, peacefully, at The Village of Winston Park, Long-Term Care Facility, on Tuesday, November 7, 2006 at the age of 96. Born on January 11, 1910 in Toronto, he was predeceased by his wife Clara Stevens (nee Koerber) in 2000 and by his brother Edwin Stevens, and his sisters Dorothy Nagy and Ruth Stevens. Survived by his daughters, Lois (Tony) Griffin of Etobicoke and Anne Stevens of Kanata. Also survived by two grandchildren, Wendy (Dave) Chant of Mississauga and Ken (Kim) Griffin of Waterloo and five great-grandchildren, Braden and Jessica Chant and Katelyn, Kristopher and Kassandra Griffin. Carl was a longtime employee of C.N. Weber Ltd. in Kitchener. He was a charter member of Faith Lutheran Church in Kitchener and previously a member of Historic St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Kitchener. The funeral service will be held at Faith Lutheran Church, 247 Westmount Rd. E., Kitchener, on Saturday, November 11, 2006 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Warren Hamp officiating. Visitation will be held at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Friday, November 10 from 7-9 pm and on Saturday from 12 noon -1 pm at Faith Lutheran Church. Interment at Woodland Cemetery will follow the reception at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Lutheran Church, Kitchener, Concordia Lutheran Theological Seminary, St. Catharines, or to Winston Park Foundation, Kitchener.
