Rankin ,Joyce Lorraine (nee Jenkinson) April 28, 1927 —- December 7, 2016 Joyce, cherished wife of Bob, died peacefully on December 7th 2016, at Innisfree House Hospice, Kitchener. Joyce’s life of almost 90 years was most full. Her life was full of wonderful and long-lasting friendships formed: from her years of growing up in Hamilton, Ontario and attending Central Collegiate and McMaster University, from her years in ‘Guiding’ as a Girl Guide, leader and Commissioner, from her United Church of Canada associations, through her years as a Teacher-Librarian with the Waterloo County School Board and through the happiest of summers spent on Lake Huron at Oliphant, Ontario. Joyce’s life was full of pride for her family: daughters Marg (Steve) Shaver, Diane (Don) Weber, and son Dave (Jane Ruttle, Drew and Brandon), her grandchildren Chad (Jen) Shaver, Todd (Katie) Shaver, Jordan (Elana) Weber, Sarah (Garrett) Walters and Marika (Corey Fox) Weber, and great—grandchildren Abby and Noah Shaver and Nathan Weber.
