Obituary of Larry Wilfred Roeder

Larry Wilfred Roeder passed away at his home in Kitchener on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at the age of 74. Larry is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Audrey (nee McLean); children, Janette Roeder, John and wife Susan, and Larry and wife Brigitte; seven grandchildren, Shyrille, Brandon, J.J., Kayla, Natalie, Jessica, Jacob and eight great-grandchildren, Ryley, Skylar, Isabelle, Delilah, Charlotte, Audrey, Rebecca, and Alexander. Dear brother of Bernice Longmire, Marlene Wolff (Walter), Dorothy Olinski, Ruby Glebe (Clair), Murray (Lynn), Shirley Johnson, Butch (Dorothy), Judy Evans (Wayne), Ginny Lobsinger (Neil), Joyce Jeavons (Fred), and David (Debbie). Larry will also be remembered by Audrey’s sisters and their families as well as his many nieces and nephews. Larry was predeceased by his parents Gordon and Mabel (nee Lips) Roeder. According to Larry’s wishes, cremation will take place. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Thursday, December 15, 2016 from 1-2:45 p.m. A memorial service will follow in the Funeral Home Chapel at 3 p.m. with Rev. Olaf Poulsen officiating. A reception will immediately follow in the funeral home’s Fireside Room.
