Obituary of Donna Coreen Weickert Yates

Donna (69) passed away peacefully on Monday, February 13, 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by her family at Innisfree Hospice, Kitchener. Survived by her loving husband Doug Yates, son Justin, daughter-in-law Annali, Mother Eunice Weickert, sister Lynn Franklin (Paul Seip), beloved nephew Bryan Franklin, niece Jolene Roy (Brent). Predeceased by her father ‘Chip’ (Fred) Weickert. Donna will be greatly missed by many friends and family especially her Well-Fit family. Donna loved life to the fullest and always saw the world with her cup half full. Visitation to take place on Friday February 17, 2017 from 1:00-2:00pm with a Memorial Service to follow at 2:00pm at Creekside Church, 660 Conservation Drive, Waterloo with Rev. Ken Taylor as Officiant. Casual dress please. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to Innisfree Hospice in Donna’s memory.
