Obituary of Kathryn "Marg" Margaret Kuehl

Passed away peacefully July 22, 2017 in Gibsons, BC, at the age of 97.  Marg was predeceased by her husband Merrald, parents Catherine and Samuel Wismer, brothers Laverne, Stewart, and John Wismer, son-in-law Rick Sumner, and nephews Douglas and James Wismer.  Marg is survived by her son Mark (Gail), daughter Ann Margaret Sumner, grandson Brandon Ruigrok, and three generations of nieces and nephews.  Born November 12, 1919 in Toronto, Marg lived most of her life in Waterloo, Ontario, where she attended Knox Presbyterian Church and worked as the church secretary for many years.  Living next door to her parents, "Auntie Marg" loved a full house, and enjoyed being home base for her extended family.  In 2004, at age 85, she moved to Gibsons BC to be close to her daughter.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  A private family interment has been held at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Marg’s memory would be welcome and may be made to Knox Presbyterian Church or Habitat for Humanity by contacting the funeral home at www.erbgood.com or 519-745-8445.
