Obituary of Mary Ellen Campbell

Passed away at Clair Hills Retirement Home in Waterloo on Saturday August 19, 2017 at the age of 77 years. Dear sister of Don Campbell (Betty) of Connecticut. Special Aunt to Carolyn Campbell of Virginia, Bruce Campbell (Lisa) of Markham and Scott Campbell (Jen) of Whistler, B.C. Loving great aunt of Noah, Grace, Fiona and Jillian. Predeceased by her parents Douglas and Ruth Campbell.

Mary Ellen began her teaching career at Eastwood Collegiate and then moved to Cameron Heights Collegiate when it was built. Remembered by many colleagues and friends for her quiet sense of humour. She was a former United Church Elder and past president of the Probus Women’s Club of Waterloo. 

Friends are invited to share their memories of Mary Ellen with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Thursday August 24, 2017 from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. A memorial service will follow at 11:30 in the chapel. Reception to follow in the Fireside Room.
