Obituary of Willemina Aleida Westervelt

Passed away peacefully in her home at the age of 89 years. Loving wife of the late Hendrick Westervelt. Dear mother of Joyce Buchanan (Ian) of McKinney, Texas, Bernie Westervelt (Janette) of Kitchener, Sandy Inman (Dave) of Belmont, and Veronica Klingenberg (Dave) of Woodstock. Loving Oma of Andrea (Dave), Mark (Diana), Melissa, Alana, Kaylee, Braydon, Kelly (Nate), Jessica, Stephen (Jenny), Brian (Tania), Darrell (Jeanette), Jarrett (Evette) and to 14 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Anneke Klomps of London, Gerda Hoopman of Holland, and Johan Houwers (Annie) of Holland. Known as a faithful friend with a servant heart, Willemina blessed the lives of many and will be missed.

Friends are invited to share their memories of Willemina with her family during visitation at the Community Christian Reformed Church, 1275 Bleams Rd. Kitchener, on Tuesday December 5, 2017 from 7- 9 p.m. The memorial service will be held Wednesday December 6th, at 2:30 p.m. followed by a reception in the church hall. Rev. Carel Geleynse officiating. Private family interment.
