Dear Heidi and family, We were so sorry to hear of your dad and Opa's passing. We feel so fortunate to have had such wonderful neighbours as your family, for over 50 years. Your dad had such a kind and caring way that showed in all he did. Whether he came over to share his lovingly grown apples, or took the time for regular hellos and visits in the yard, he always made us smile. We will never forget his memory. Michael was a kind gentleman with a sense of humour and a twinkle in his eyes. He was my neighbour for many years and I was always amazed at his work ethic - even in his senior years he busied himself with household tasks and meticulous yardwork and daily walks. It was my privilege to serve Pilgrim together with Mr. Paulini side by side. From day one, while staying at his home, he and Mrs. Paulini showed great kindness and humility that continued for the next 10 years of leadership. Thankfully, we could see each other a few months ago. Good friends don't lose sight of each other, and neither will good memories be forgotten. Please enjoy heaven, now.
