Dear Gail, Scott, Craig and families The memories of time in Kincardine with our families sharing "McBergerson" cove will never be erased. Marilyn was a lovely lady and friend. We think of Marilyn with fondness, of who she was as a person, and our idyllic days on the beach, As I write this, Heather , James and Jennifer and I are sharing a day on the beach of Parksville. Our family had a strong connection with Aunt Marilyn and Uncle Carl for many years. From camping to cottaging we created many memories. As we reminisce we especially acknowledge their strong love for one another. Carl, the "excitable" one and Marilyn, the "calm" partner. Carl worried about leaving Marilyn when he died, and Marilyn's words were for Carl in her last days. 68 years of a loving relationship. Marilyn and Carl were wonderful neighbours on Reyburn ave. We have fond memories of skating in their backyard in the 80s. My husband Bryan passed in 2022. My sincere condolences with the loss of your Mom and Dad. Anne Schmidt
