Mr Millard was my teacher at Milliken the first year it opened. I had him twice for English and loved both classes. Its been 30+ years but I still remember his enthusiasm for teaching and his upbeat manner. I was thrilled to see him perform at the Strawberry Festival in Stouffville, many years later.
