Andrew and Christine,
It’s hard to put into words the impact the Haugland family has had on my life. From our humble beginnings as classmates in elementary school to the many unforgettable adventures we shared as we grew older, so many of my fondest memories are rooted in your family.
At the heart of those memories are your parents and grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. Haugland were always so welcoming—I never felt like a guest, but rather like family coming home. Your dad, in particular, was always kind and fair, a true gentleman with a huge heart.
I am deeply sorry for your loss. I hope that the many beautiful memories of such an incredible man continue to bring you comfort and smiles in the years ahead.
