Bev and Tonya, I am so saddened to hear of Chris's passing. He had such a kind and generous spirit, and I remember our times together with fondness. I have made a donation in his memory (and on behalf of Lauren and mom/Leslie) to Honour House. Honour House is a beautiful, renovated heritage home here in New Westminster, BC that serves members of the Canadian Forces, EMS, police and firefighters who are in the lower mainland to receive medical treatment. It provides a home away from home for those, like Chris, who have risked life and limb to serve their communities. I remember Chris's love for community service and the uniform when we were in Air Cadets and I'm not at all surprised to learn that he went on to serve in firefighting and EMS. dear family , i was saddend to hear about chris . chris was so kind to me when i broke my arm when i was nursing in parry sound, chris was visiting wilmor and mary gingrich his grandparents and i was staying with them , i fell on ice and he took me to the hospital and stayed with me , he had a heart of pure gold , may our heavenly father give you peace.
