Obituary of Phyllis Strickland

Passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, at the age of 87 years. Beloved wife of the late Lyle Vernon Strickland (2003). Dear mother of Colleen Hudson, Darlene Saley (Henry), Lyle (Debbie), Kenneth (Kelly) and Scott (Marie). Lovingly remembered by grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survived by stepbrother Daryl (N. Ireland), and cousins; Nigel Gould (N. Ireland) and Jim Cranston (Waterloo). Predeceased by her parents, Moses and Jemina Fleming, step brother Garfield Fleming and son-in-law Don Hudson. Friends are invited to share their memories of Phyllis with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. with the funeral service at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
