Obituary of Derek Charles Clarke

Passed away at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at the age of 76 years. Predeceased by his parents Charles Clarke and Ada Berriman. Survived by a sister Julie (John) Campbell, nephews Thomas (Marci) Campbell and Adam (Sue) Campbell; great-nieces and great-nephews Parker, Alyssa, Michael and Amelia and several cousins in England. Relatives and guests are invited to a Memorial Reception celebrating Derek’s life at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Thursday, April 13, 2017 from 6 – 8 p.m. in the funeral home’s Fireside Room.
