Obituary of Reta Bain

Bain, Henrietta Sarah “Reta” (nee) Bothwell Passed away at her home at The Village of University Gates Waterloo on April 10, 2017 in her 88th year. Loving and dedicated wife of Edwin Robert Bain of Waterloo. Dear mother of Eric Bain (Zulfikar Nathani)of Toronto and Trevor Bain (Connie van Oostveen) of Waterloo. Special Grandma to Nathan and David Bain. Fondly remembered by her brother Irvine Bothwell and her sister Jean Bothwell. Predeceased by her parents Charles and Mary Bothwell of Northern Ireland, and her sisters Mary Elizabeth (May) Bothwell, Anna Hook, and Margaret Greer. Friends are invited to share their memories of Reta with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Friday April 14, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church 50 Erb Street W, Waterloo on Saturday April 15 at 3 p.m. EDT and will be live-streamed at https://watch.nowmediaservices.com/knoxwaterloo. Rev. Brooke Ashfield officiating. Reception to follow in the church hall. Interment will take place on Monday April 17 2017 at 2 pm at Glendale Memorial Gardens 1810 Albion Rd, Etobicoke.
