Obituary of Grace Violet Weber

Born on August 20, 1918 in Breslau, Grace passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2017 into God's loving arms.  A devoted member of First Mennonite Church, Kitchener, Grace will be reunited with her beloved husband Mervin Henry Weber who predeceased her in 1988.

Proud mother of Richard (Judy) and Bob (Judy) and will be dearly missed by her grandchildren Jane (Iain), Jim (Linda), Peter (Tricia), Kairyn (Bryan), Krista (Reuben), Don (Cathy) and nine great-grandchildren.

Grace was the last surviving member of her immediate family, having been predeceased by five brothers and four sisters.

Grace’s family will receive relatives and friends at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Monday, May 15, 2017 from 2–4 and 7–9 p.m.  A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel.  At Grace’s request, a private family burial at First Mennonite Cemetery will have taken place.  

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations in Grace’s honour can be made to the House of Friendship or First Mennonite Church (Women's Missionary and Service Committee).  Condolences and donations may be made through the funeral home at www.erbgood.com or 519-745-8445.
