1923 -2017

On May 12, 2017 at Grand River Hospital at the age of 94 years. As I have ended my journey on this earth. I am hoping to join my late beloved husband Clarence ( 2007 ) and my dear mother Elanora Schmidt ( 1934 ) .  I leave to mourn several nieces and nephews, a few cousins and their families.  I wish to thank my lifetime friends the Rocheleau Family of Windsor, ON and my extended family Richard & Margaret Read and family of Ayr On, Richelle & Dan Kocher, Greg and Jenn Read, Tim and Megan, and Patrick and Kayla.  Great Gramma to Hannah, Isabelle, Evelynn, Alec, Abigail and Brianna. I also wish to thank my Knox family for their support especially the Wednesday Group for fellowship and laughter. Friends are invited to share their memories of  Grace with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Wednesday May 17, 2017  from 12 – 2 p.m. The  complete funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. Rev. Brooke Ashfield officiating. Cremation to follow. A reception will be held in the Fireside Room of the funeral home following the service.
