My deepest sympathies to Lynn, Terry, Scott and family. I have so many fond memories of your mom. She was a special lady and a wonderful friend and neighbour to my mom. I never forgot that she taught my mom to drive when my father was sick. You are all in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

The best of the best - a wonderful friend and a better aunt. Gary and I shared numerous hours cooking breakfast with Jan at the club and I learned many lessons about catering and serving at various functions at the Navy Club. It was even better listening to Jan and some of the navy ladies tell their tales of adventures in the past. She was one of a kind and we will truly miss her.

Aunt Jan:
Such a huge, huge part of my life story. The aunt who knew how to cook, made the best Nanaimo bars this side of Mars, chicken to die for, and a wonderful surrogate godfather to me.
I was so fortunate to have spent time with you just prior to Easter. My thoughts, I'll not disclose further here, because you were (and are) loved beyond all capacity for words. Our time that day was special, never to be forgotten.
Enjoy your family reunion with Dad, and all others from the Hill/Bride/Bowman clans, as you enter your everlasting reward for a life lived as an example for all to follow.
Rest easy, Aunt Jan. Forever in our hearts, minds, and souls....
Love, Kim & Jean
