I have lovely childhood memories of Uncle Dan & Tante Sara -- both were so kind and fun-loving, always extending gracious hospitality to our family when we visited from the US. Whenever I think of Uncle Dan, I am transported to those special occasions our families shared - always filled with much laughter. I loved seeing that special twinkle he always seemed to have in his eyes! While we were small children, he & Uncle George had a way of teasing me (and my sister Lisa) that never failed to produce lots of giggles....he had a way of making everyone, including children, feel very special and treasured.
