I am so glad to have gotten to know my Grandmother, Peg Keeler. She welcomed me with open arms and always had a smile and a joke. She loved to laugh, and she lived life to the fullest. She was living proof that life is what you make it. She will be sorely missed.

Dear Shirley and Barbara,
We are on vacation in Innsbruck Austria and I just read the KW Record on line and we are SO saddened to hear of your Dear Mom, passing !
We have had such wonderful visits with Peg these past two and a half years.
She was SO full of life and so positive.
Waterloo Heights won't be the same without her cheerful countenance !
We will miss her so much.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
We won,t be home till the 26th so unfortunately we will be unable to attend her service.

Dear Barb, Shirley and family.
i am saddened to hear of your mom's passing, however I am awestruck by her longevity. She was a special lady and her sense oh humour unmatched. I think of you often and wonder what path of life each of you will be on now. Paul and I are settled in at 75 York st. in Kitchener. We hope and pray that all of you will celebrate in good fashion the life of your mom. Paul and I are visiting Leslie in Port Elgin this weekend. If you are around for awhile, we'd love to see you.

I was sorry to hear about your mother's passing. My husband Don and I enjoyed many happy times with your parents at Colborne Street United Church in Brantford. I especially remember all the fun times we had in the Mr. and Mrs. Club with the Colborne Capers. Your mother had a wonderful sense of humour and "joie de vivre". You will have many happy memories of her life with your family. Sincerely, Ruth Graham

It was a pleasure to care for Peg while she was staying with us at St. Mary's Hospital. She always brightened our day with a laugh as she was full of spunk and good humour. She amazed us with her wit and sharp mind. The cardiology nurses are saddened by Peg's passing. May you rest in peace dear Peg.

The Keeler and Krauel trips through Canada in each direction over three summers just one of many highlights of my times with Peggy. So glad she met Pupay and our shuffleboard games at Waterloo Heights bookended a lifetime of fun memories.
With warm thoughts and condolences,
Brian and Pupay Krauel
