Obituary of Arthur Paul Kenemy

Passed away unexpectedly at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at the age of 81 years.

Loving partner of Glenn Jamieson for 38 years.  Art will be missed by sister Kay Karlovich (Nick) and brother Wilfred Kenemy (Jo). Remembered by mother-in-law Irene Jamieson, brothers-in-law Art Jamieson (Julie) and Robert Jamieson, (Gina) and sisters-in-law Joyce Jamieson, Carol Csuntul and Dianne Weldon (Murray).  Cherished by many nieces and nephews; Christine Clark (Stewart), Michelle, Daniel and Sean, the late Kirk Karlovich (Sandra), Eric, Katrina, Jason Kenemy (Danielle), Griffin, Hazel, Olive, Neesa Rocchi (Daniel), Siena and Caelum Rocchi.  Art will also be missed by the Jamieson nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by brother-in-law Peter Csuntul and his parents Peter and Freda Kenemy.

Art was a well respected teacher and was the head of the Mathematics Department at Waterloo Collegiate Institute for over thirty years until his retirement.

The family are grateful for the help of the Waterloo Fire Dept., Emergency Medical Services, and the emergency room doctors and nurses at Grand River Hospital.

To celebrate Art’s life a memorial visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Sunday September 9, 2018 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., with remarks at 3 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
