Obituary of Vincent Hubert Joseph Dietrich

Vince passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on Friday, August 24, 2018 at Hilltop Manor in Cambridge at the age of 75.  

Loving father to Terri Dietrich (Peter), Tanya Sheridan (Dan) and Anjie Dietrich Juan (Cary). Proud grandad to Taylor, Dylan, Cameron and Jada. Survived by his siblings Donna Letson (Doug), Janet Hinsperger, Audrey Mohr and Brian (Kathy) and fondly remembered by Mary Dietrich, mother of his children, her family and Harry Mohr.  Greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

Predeceased by his parents, Emil and Theresa Dietrich and brother-in-law Ron Hinsperger.

As a creative entrepreneur with many successes, Vince supported his family while also enjoying the outdoors and travel.  The mark he made on all of us will never be forgotten... nor will the backyard barbecues, bike tours or those infamous spicy chicken wings!  We will miss you!   

Visitation will take place at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Sunday, August 26, 2018 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. with a service in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, August 27, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. to celebrate Vince's life.  Cousin Don Dietrich will officiate the service with refreshments served immediately after.  Internment will follow at St. Agatha RC Cemetery for all who wish to join.
