Wow! So unexpected. Such a bright light. I remember a story when your Dad went to visit him in school and was impressed that he had ironed his shirt. Greg laughed and showed that only the parts showing were ironed, not the parts under his school blazer. And on one of our more recent visits, how he orchestrated lobster delivery to the Alexanian home on Inverness. Yum! May so many of these wonderful stories bouy your spirits. Our family sends huge hugs and love.

Brian, Jan, Sue, Arissa and Linda, also Greg's sons and Sue Bromley, wishing you all the fondest memories of Greg to keep him ever present. Holding on to those memories will hopefully ease the pain of your loss of Greg.
The obituary was well written and the description provided of Greg still represents the Greg I knew as a teenager. Obviously be didn't change, remaining the wonderful man he was.
Please know our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this very difficult time.

Twenty years ago I packed up my life in Tasmania and started a backpacking trip of a lifetime in Canada. It was there I met the Alexanian family - Arisa, Jan, Jane, Armen, Linda and Sue (plus some partners and kids). I was spending a quiet time in Kitchener when in burst Greg - dragging me out to the pub and a Korean BBQ (something so exotic!). He was such a larger than life character.
I felt so fortunate to meet this amazing family (my third cousins) who were so close and loving. I was fortunate to have been included in the closeness and camaraderie for my time in Canada. I was also taken to the cottage by the lake. I fell in the lake having never kayaked before. It was freezing.
The tribute you have written is beautiful and shows that Greg lived a big life and was surrounded by love. And it seemed died in a place he adored.
My thoughts go out to the extended Alexanian family, Greg's partner and kids at the difficult time. But I know you have each other and an extensive network of support and love to call on.
Australian thoughts are with you.
Much love Jane

We have known the Alexanian family for many years, and we even knew Greg’s grandparents as they lived a few short blocks from us in Hamilton. Greg has an infectious smile, and a personality bigger then life itself. He was so in his element living up here in the north. He was part of many activities around the lake and the town. His contributions to our town, was greatly appreciated as he sat on several Committees of Council here. Thankyou sir for your contributions!
You have left a huge Void in our town.
To the family our sincerest condolences, to Sarah, May God stand by you and keep you strong.
Sincerely
Ross Wills and Yvonne Wills (Councillor, Town of Kearney)

Thinking of Greg and family today and since first learning of Greg’s passing. We had many adventures together I will never forget and cherish those memories even more now. Didn’t see Greg much in recent years but would have trusted him to watch my back any time. Loyal, honourable and empathetic. Greg cared more than he laughed and joked. That was Greg. Never forgotten. Forever a friend.
