Obituary of Stan Ioannou Louca
Passed away peacefully at Lisaard House, Cambridge on Monday, September 3, 2018 at the age of 60 years.
Loving father of Nicholas Louca. Survived by five siblings, Mamas Ioannou (Canada), Panagiota (Australia), Androulla (Greece), Evangelina (Cyprus), and Pantelitsa (Cyprus).
Remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Yiannis and Maria Ioannou, and his siblings Kleanthis (Australia) and Nikos (Australia).
Stan was born February 1, 1958 in Syrianochori Morphou Cyprus. He was the youngest of eight children. He immigrated to Canada in 1977. Stan will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He was very committed to his family, especially his pride and joy Nicholas. May he Rest in Peace and his memory be eternal.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Stan with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Thursday, September 6, 2018 from 7-9 p.m. with Trisagion prayers at 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Greek Orthodox Church of Saints Peters and Paul, 527 Bridgeport Road, Kitchener on Friday, September 7, 2018 at 11 a.m. Interment at Parkview Cemetery, 335 University Avenue East, Waterloo.
