Obituary of George Robert Bailey

Passed away at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener on Sunday, October 21, 2018 at the age of 79 years.

 

Survived by his wife Maxine, children Kelly (Harry), Kathy, Bill (Jenny), Kim (Dean) and grandchildren Michael, Kristine, Katelyn, Brittany, Kailey, MacLeod and Lucas as well as two great-grandchildren Ashley and Riley.

 

Bob was born August 7, 1939 in Glace Bay, Cape Breton Nova Scotia where he worked in the coal mine. He later moved to K-W and was employed with B.F. Goodrich until his retirement. Bob also served with the Royal Canadian Air Force.

 

A private family graveside service will be held at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo
