It is with deep sadness that we say good-bye to our dear "Momma Rose", a friend who we've known for a relatively short period of time, but whose friendship filled us with such joy and love! We will miss your tenderhearted kindness and encouragement - and your laughter around the campfire :) We will carry fond memories of you every July 1st as we enjoy the fireworks out back; Duane will think of you every time he bikes through Mannheim; and Sarah will always remember you for your contagious laughter that filled the room! Rosie and I started out as coworkers, that spoke with over the phone between TECO Cambridge and Edmonton, and we quickly turned into friends. I loved seeing her name show up on my phone, and knew I would always feel lighter after speaking to her. Eventually meeting her in person at a work function was so lovely. To say she was one of my favourite people, would be an understatement. Her spirit will be missed, but she will live on in our hearts. My sincerest condolences to Rosie's family and friends. Our condolences to Rose’s family especially to Dale, Lori, Lynda, Richard, Tabitha and Alisha. Rose was an amazing person who touched everyone who had the fortune to know her. Her energy, creativity and selfless work to help others was endless. Rose was an amazing cook, decorator, crafter who made people feel special, happy and well-fed! Our family had such fond memories of the times spent with Rose and Don while on their camping adventures or fishing on Lake Simcoe and we will cherish those memories forever.
