We have fun memories (and photos) of attending Mutual Life "family nights" with the Deyell family. and visiting their 'big' house. Our parents and the Deyells were good friends through the Mutual Life years, and this friendship carried through the many years with Marg after Mr Deyell's death, especially the years when the three lived in the same building on York Street. Mrs Deyell also continued to show her interest in what we three girls were doing in our grown-up lives. Her gentle smile and ways will be missed.
