Bill passed away suddenly of a heart attack on Tuesday August 8, 2023, at age 70.

Bill is survived by his son Michael and daughter Mary. Siblings Sandy (Chuck), David (Liz) Nieces Jennifer, Bettina (Bryan), Cari as well as his great nephews.

Predeceased by his parents William and Elizabeth, his brother-in-law Roger.

Bill started his career as a welder fitter, later transitioning to work in IT. He graduated with Honours from Sheridan College for System Analyst and Programming in 2000. Bill had a great sense of humour, always playing jokes, you never knew what joke awaited you. Bill was a hard worker who could build or repair just about anything from homes to cars. He enjoyed building Lego. He was an avid traveller, Bill especially enjoyed going on cruises.

A special thank you to the nurses and staff at Grand River Hospital Dialysis Units for the compassion and care they provided to Bill.

Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo in the Fireside Reception Room on Sunday Aug 20, 2023, from 2:00 - 4:00 pm with remarks by the family at 3:00 pm.
