Passed away peacefully, with her family by her side, on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at the age of 88.

She is survived by her four children Laurie (Steven), Michael (Kathy), Peri-Lynne, and Shelley (Greg), grandchildren Jessica, Zachary, Nicholas, Kyle-Wray, and James, step-grandson Keith, and her great-grandchildren Ty, Madyson, and Maddox. She is also survived by her siblings Sylvia (Don), Dennis (Ursula), Robin (Joanne), and Pat (Kathy).

Dorothy was predeceased by her parents Arthur Williams and Jennie Finucan, step-father Jack Finucan, and her brother Ron Finucan.

Dorothy lived a full life. She overcame many challenges and learned to be independent from a young age. Dorothy enjoyed working for All Star Tours, managing André’s, and doing secretarial work for Wesley United Church, but above all, she loved to sing. She was the “Queen of Karaoke” at Prime BBQ, and in her early retirement, she joined several senior’s choirs. She is now singing with the angels.

Special thanks to the staff at AgeCare West Williams, especially Shauna, Kelly, and all the PSW’s and nurses for their amazing care.

Cremation has taken place, and a Memorial Service will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. A reception will follow in the funeral home's Fireside Reception Room.
