With sadness and deep love we announce the passing of Eddie Rehkopf (Vogt) at Innisfree House, Kitchener. Eddie is now in the presence of Jesus, her precious Lord and Saviour, praising Him along with loved ones who have gone before her. She was predeceased by her parents Rose (Yausie) and George Vogt (1987); husband Keith Rehkopf (1989); dearest daughter Tracey (DeVries, 2003) and daughter-in-law Terrina Rehkopf (2019); and sweet baby grandson Christopher Rehkopf (at birth, 1996).
Eddie is survived by her much-loved and devoted son Randall Rehkopf and loving wife Pam Hicks; special grandchildren: Andrew and Josiah Rehkopf, Megan (Peter) Epler and Curtis (Samantha) DeVries; and adorable great grandchildren: Marek Epler, Noah, Scarlett and Cedar DeVries; dearest sisters: Ruth Doran (George, deceased 2006), Jean (Henry) Fischer, Edee (Doug) Schmitt and their lovely families whom she adored.
Special thanks to the exceptional caregivers of Innisfree House, and to Dr. Brewster, Eddie’s much-loved family doctor.
Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Friday, January 31, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at Trinity Evangelical Missionary Church, 330 Conservation Dr, Waterloo on Sunday, February 2, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. The funeral service will be live-streamed on Trinity EMC's Youtube Channel here.
