Natasha Allain passed away peacefully in her home at the age of 34 on January 26, 2025, surrounded by her family and dearest friends.
Natasha is survived by her parents, Darlene Allain and Russell Hammer, as well as her beloved sister, Nicole, and bonus sister, Erica. She will be deeply missed by Aunts and Uncles, Sandra, Bill, and Jim, along with her cousins, friends, students, and many others who experienced her love and light.

Born in Etobicoke on April 12, 1990, Natasha was an immediate source of joy. Throughout her life, Natasha was a fountain of kindness and laughter, always providing a shoulder to cry on, a gentle guiding hand, and perfectly chosen words to make your world feel a little brighter. Natasha found her life’s work as a spiritual practitioner and teacher. Whether she was leading a yoga class, offering a sound bath, or teaching future Reiki practitioners, Natasha was inspirational and impactful. She was also an incredible musician, locally known in the Open Mic community for creating safe inviting spaces for seasoned and new musicians alike. Natasha spent the last three years making music with her sister, Nicole, fulfilling a childhood dream of theirs. She will be lovingly remembered by many for sharing her gifts with the world. Natasha created a legacy of light.
The family wishes to express their deepest gratitude to the staff at the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre for their dedicated care and support of Natasha over the last several years.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St S., Waterloo, on Sunday, February 2, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., in the chapel.
