Zoe Katherine Krueger Wiebe
Zoe Katherine Krueger Wiebe was born on September 3, 2009, to Colin and Jennie Wiebe in Kitchener, Ontario. She was a younger sister to Naomi and Joshua. She passed away tragically on Monday, January 27, 2025, at the age of 15.
Zoe’s name means life, and she embraced it fully. She had a boisterous personality and connected with people of all ages. Her friends knew her to be kind, empathetic, and a bit of a troublemaker. She cared deeply for her relationships with them and with Raph, her boyfriend of nine months.
Zoe had a flair for the dramatic, which she expressed through her fashion choices, her hair, and her love of theatre. She displayed her limitless creativity with her paintings, drawings, and sculptures. She played a variety of instruments and had a passion for vocal music, being able to sing nearly every voice part.
Zoe played on both the volleyball and ultimate frisbee teams at Rockway Mennonite Collegiate. She was involved in choir, band, and theatre. She was a key member of the chorus and dance team for the upcoming school musical.
Zoe was predeceased by her brother Nathan, her Uncle Steven Krueger, her Opa Paul Krueger, and her mother Jennie.
Zoe is remembered fondly by her father Colin, her older siblings Naomi and Joshua, her Oma Mary Krueger, Gramma Betty Wiebe, and Grampa John Wiebe, her Uncle Jeremy Krueger and Aunt Marsha, Aunt Lisa Deonarine, Aunt Maryanna and Uncle Jason Dueck, and her cousins Daniel and Maaike Krueger, Grace and Sophia Deonarine, and Tavis, Evelyn, Kyla and Gabrielle Dueck, along with countless others. She will be greatly missed by everyone.
