Jennie Marie Krueger Wiebe
Jennie Marie Krueger Wiebe was born on February 5, 1975 to Paul and Mary Krueger in Leamington, Ontario. She was an older sister to Jeremy and Steven. She passed away tragically on Monday, January 27, 2025, just ten days shy of her 50th birthday.
Jennie was kind, generous, and loved supporting and cheering people on. She was highly empathetic and cared deeply about her friends and family. Jennie honed her passion for energy and spiritual work to generate insights and connections with people on a deep level for inner healing. Jennie loved her job as a cranial sacral massage therapist and Reiki Master at Functional Medicine in Uptown Waterloo. She could feel, sense and see outside our physical world.
Jennie was a founding member of DaCapo Chamber Choir and an active member of Waterloo North Mennonite church. She loved nature, music, gardening, bird watching, animals, trees. She kept a list of firsts each year - listen for the first cardinal song of 2025 this coming week. She wrote eloquently, took beautiful photos, and was fully invested in lovingly caring for her children.
Jennie was predeceased by her father Paul Krueger, her brother Steven, her son Nathan, and her daughter Zoe.
Jennie is remembered by her husband Colin, her children Naomi and Joshua, her mother Mary Krueger, her brother Jeremy and his wife Marsha, her father-in-law John and mother-in-law Betty Wiebe, their children Lisa Deonarine and Jason and Maryanna Dueck, and her nieces and nephews Daniel and Maaike Krueger, Grace and Sophia Deonarine, and Tavis, Evelyn, Kyla, and Gabrielle Dueck, along with countless others. She will be greatly missed by her many friends.
Visitation will be held at Waterloo North Mennonite Church, 100 Benjamin Rd, Waterloo on Sunday, February 2, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Monday, February 3, from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. The funeral service will take place at Floradale Mennonite Church, 22 Florapine Rd, Floradale on Tuesday, February 4 at 1:00 pm.
