It’s a very sad day. We’ve been looking at this photo and trying to find some words that can make this day feel better. My cousin Carol and both Dwight and Vern were always so delightful and greeted Ellen and I with huge smiles, open arms and hugs. There will always be a warm and loving memory in our hearts.
Our sincerest condolences to Christine and Marlene and all the friends and family who Loved her.
To Carol's family - my deepest sympathy.
I met Carol 35 years ago at this very place that she is resting. A year later I met Vern. Always loved them and enjoyed many coffees and lunches around St. Jacobs. Loved when we would visit and Carol always asked about my children. I even think she may have showed a spark a couple of months ago when I mentioned their names. So, so friendly. I will miss you my friend.
May you rest in peace, I love you

I was so sorry to read about Carol. I used to work with Carol at Clement, Eastman, and my husband worked with Dwight at Boehmers. I also would see her and Vern when they lived in Elmira and always spent some time in catching up. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Barb Wilkie (Horst).
