Obituary of Ethel Matilda Hess

Ethel Matilda Hess, 98, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 24, 2025.

A lifelong resident of Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, Ethel was the wife of the late Herbert Hess and mother to her late daughter, Nancy Allen. She is survived by her grandson Shayne Allen, his wife Adrienne Canning and great-granddaughter Penelope Allen, as well as grandchildren Torsten and Asher Olsen.

Ethel lived a quiet and devoted life and will be lovingly missed. The family extends special thanks to Ruthanne Tufts and her family for their kindness in Ethel’s later years
