Betty: Our deepest condolences to you and your family. David was a very good friend and a caring
individual. We worked together and developed many projects built in the region. He was a man
of integrity and definite viewpoints that all people respected. Our golf games were great, with
many lost shots and balls. I am glad we re-established our previous friendship and the lunches
we all enjoyed. Betty, please remember that if you need any help, Jacqueline and I are only a
phone call away. Take care and stay strong in this time of your loss.
