Obituary of Susan Georgina McGovern

Susan passed away at Derbecker's Heritage House on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at age 87.

Predeceased by her son, David McGovern and daughter, Marianne Shearer.

Dear mother of Franklin McGovern (Morina).

Loving grandmother to Alicia De Lange (Martin), Serena McGovern, Molly Pretorius (Douglas), Maxwell McGovern, Tanyalea Cornel, Holly Monroe and Adam Jones. Great-grandmother to Macey, Wyatt, Hudson, Luke, Danny, Maile, Ava, Annalee, Riley Rose and Jersey. Susan leaves behind many other family members for whom she had great affection.

In keeping with Susan's wishes, there will be no visitation or memorial service. Cremation has taken place.
