Bob an I offer our deepest sympathies to the family, with fond memories of good times spent with my cousins at Chesley Lake and Wallenstein, always with Uncle Lloyd calmly overseeing the various family activities-whether it was a birthday party, golf, waterskiing, horse back riding or BBQ'ing for the gang. We say our good byes filled with great admiration for his leadership, wisdom, and devotion to family and community.

Our family met Lloyd at Winston Park when our dad Eden first came to Winston Park. Winston Park assigned our dad to the same meal table as Lloyd and they hit it off the first day. Both growing up on farms and country boys, they had so much in common. They became really close friends and had such a good time at the retirement home. We have wonderful memories of Lloyd as he was such a kind and fun gentleman. I remember when the boys, Dad, Lloyd and Carl, "escaped" Winston Park and drove to the farm to see the crops and animals....one of them commented...did we sign ourselves out?....No... and they laughed and carried on their drive around the countryside. Your dad was a gem that our family really appreciated when our dad was at Winston Park.
Thinking of you all.

I feel Lloyd has been a huge part of most of my life. I was hired at WFS at the age of 16 years old in 1974.....My first real job. Because of being able to be a part of WFS until 2021 i have been able to watch the company grow in leaps and bounds due to the unchanging personality and drive and Morals of Lloyd and family members and honesty and caring for customers and employees to succeed in what ever life brings. I could go on and on. Lloyd was always a great mentor to me right from the early days. Thanks to Lloyd for starting WFS before i was even born and being the back bone of a GREAT respected company in the agriculture industry . I have always owed Lloyd a tremendous debt of gratitude.
My wife Karen and I would like to extend our deepest condolences to the family and pray the Lord will give you all the needed strength to carry on in the days ahead.
Thankyou Thankyou
Derrick and Karen Buehler

Lloyd and Delphine welcomed us to Waterloo North when we moved to this region in early 2006. We often experienced their generous encouragement as we became more involved in our congregation and this community. In later years we enjoyed conversations with Lloyd at Winston Park, sometimes while he was pedaling in the exercise area before lunch. We always got his gentle smile. That was true even in our last visit at Parkwood. That smile will be a lasting memory. Thank you Lloyd. Jim and Goldine Pankratz

It was a pleasure to meet and play against Lloyd at Northfield tennis club many years ago. He immediately impressed me as a true gentleman, good sport and astute entrepreneur. The tennis club was where I met Rick around the same time. Lloyd lived an admirable life and leaves a wonderful legacy. Judy and I send our sincere condolences to all the family.
