Obituary of Helene Rosa Osterling

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Helene Rosa Osterling, a proud German woman whose vibrant spirit and love of life touched everyone around her. Helene passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and treasured memories.

Helene embraced her heritage with joy, especially during Oktoberfest, where her pride in tradition shone brightly. She had a sparkle for life that matched her love of beautiful jewellery, the simple delight of popsicles, and the peace she found in her garden. A talented seamstress, Helene poured her heart into her work, cherishing her craft and the satisfaction it brought her.

She is survived by her four loving children Anita (Khamla), John (Pauline), Ron (Christel), and Petra (Paul). 

Her memory will also live on in her cherished grandchildren:  Blake (Lesley), Blair (Shayla), Brody (April), Dustin (Coco), John (Katrina), and Anthony (Katharina), and in the joy of her precious great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her brother Helmut, who shared in many of her life’s milestones.

Her family will forever remember her strength, her warmth, and her unwavering love. Helene’s spirit will continue to live on in the gardens she tended, the traditions she cherished, and the hearts of all who knew her.
