Tammy was born in Kitchener, Ontario, in 1961. After the tragic loss of her father, Tammy watched her mom push forward courageously to build a life for their family. Tammy spent her childhood on Waterloo Street, playing outside with her many friends until the street lights came on. Following her mother’s lead, Tammy dreamed big. She built meaningful careers in advertising, teaching and at Wilfrid Laurier University. Tammy raised a beautiful family with her husband of 26 years, Robert Rowe, the love of her life. She was born to be a mom, and spent the best years of her life with her children in her dream home on Old Mill Road, her eternal heaven.
