Born on March 9, 1945 in Friesland in the Netherlands, Jack lived a life marked by faith, love, and service. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. Above all, he was a man of God whose life reflected the love of Christ in all he did.
Jack was a faithful member of Community Christian Reformed Church of Kitchener where he served in various ministries throughout the years and often could be heard talking about the various church services he would listen to online throughout the week. Whether it was through teaching, mentoring, praying for others, or simply offering a kind word, he lived out his faith with humility and grace.
Special thanks to the Doctors and Nurses at WRHN Queen’s Blvd for all of their care and compassion.
