Obituary of Adam Jeremy James Pratt

Passed away peacefully on Friday, October 24, 2025 at the age of 54.

Survived by his wife Michelle Pratt, mother Carmine, brother Dale (Jenni), and sister Anthea-Lea (Kevin Mengers). Uncle to Kiera, Kellen, Garrett, Nolan, Halleigh, Jayce, and Henry.

He was predeceased by his father Eric Pratt.

Adam was passionate about his trade as a Mould Maker and using his creativity in various hobbies. He loved gardening and spending time with animals.

Special thanks to all the staff at Cambridge Memorial Hospital who supported Adam throughout his illness.

Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Life will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S, Waterloo, on Monday, November 10, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
