Joyce Alvira Bennett was born on July 27, 1934, in Clifford, ON.

She was married to John (Jack) Bennett (deceased).
She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Waterloo.

Cherished mother of Barbara (Maurice), Linda, Sandra (France) and Michael (Tammy). Loving grandmother to Jennifer, Ashley (Jason), Ben, Dustin (Mikki), Evelyn (Andrew), Jakob, and Megan. Great-grandmother to Jaxon, Landyn, Audrey, Braelyn, Emma, Avery, Abigail, and Wesley.

Loving sister to Crandell (Caroline) Murray and sister-in-law Joyce Murray, and sister-in-law Joan Smith.

Predeceased by her husband Jack, parents Alex and Alvina, sister Marjorie (Clayton), brother Gord (Jean), brother Don (Betty), and brother Ray.

She died peacefully at home on Saturday, November 1, 2025, surrounded by her children, after a brief illness.

Joyce was an avid golfer and enjoyed watching and talking sports with her family.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial service to be held at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 78 John St. W, Waterloo, on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Private family interment will follow.
