Obituary of Anne Elizabeth Beynon

Anne Elizabeth Beynon passed away peacefully at Terrace on the Square on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at 86 years of age. She is survived by her brothers, David and his wife Kathy, Frank and his wife Patsy, and sisters Jean Davidson and Wendy Hindle. Predeceased by her parents Mick and Pearl Beynon. Lovingly missed by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and special friends.

Anne was a lifelong learner and a voracious reader. She worked as a librarian at the KPL Bookmobile and as a teacher librarian for several years. She enjoyed nature and outdoor activities including hiking, biking and skiing. She was an excellent golfer. London England, Paris and Bermuda were favourite travel destinations. Her cottage at Wasaga Beach was a very special place. She spent many happy times there with family and friends.

Anne struggled with the challenges of Lupus for over 60 years, but she faced life with optimism, determination and a beautiful sense of humour.

According to Anne’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation and no funeral. Many thanks to the staff at Terrace on the Square for their care, kindness, dedication and compassion.
