Obituary of Ebrahim Ganipur

With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Ebrahim Ganipur, who left us on Sunday, March 15, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Ebrahim was the beloved husband of Elif Altaylı Ghanipur and the devoted father of his two cherished daughters, Tara and Ayda, who were the joy and pride of his life. Ebrahim was a gentle, kind, and loving soul whose presence brought warmth and light to everyone around him. He was a true friend who listened with his heart, cared deeply, and created countless beautiful memories with those who were fortunate enough to know him. His laughter, compassion, and sincerity touched many lives, and the impact of his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

Though his time with us was far too short, the love he shared and the memories he created will remain forever. Ebrahim will be remembered for his strength, his kindness, and the profound love he held for his family.

Reception: 3:00 PM at Erb & Good Family Funeral Home (171 King St S, Waterloo)
