Obituary of Amit Chatterjee

Passed away in Waterloo on March 29, 2026.

Survived by sisters Rita (Satiprasad) and Etta, nephew Sujoy, niece Sujata (David) and grandnieces Brina and Katie.

Predeceased by twin brother Asit, mum Bina and dad Anil.

Born in Malaysia, early education in St Paul’s Institution, Seramban. Undergraduate studies in Montreal and Waterloo. Advertising executive in Malaysia. Avid nature lover, especially birds. Fond of Rock and Roll.

Special thanks to doctors and nurses at the dialysis unit at WRHN @ Midtown (formerly Grand River Hospital) and staff at Waterloo Region Hospice.
