Joan was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a stay-at-home mom and created a wonderful and loving home for her husband and four children. She loved music and enjoyed playing the piano and singing in church choirs over the years. She was a social butterfly and enjoyed playing cards with friends. Joan also found fulfillment by participating in volunteer work with the Canadian Mental Health Association. She and Tony enjoyed travelling and always looked forward to time with their grandkids in the Muskokas during the summer.
Special thanks to the staff at Fairview Mennonite Long-Term Care Home for their kind and compassionate care of Joan during her time with them.
