Obituary of Nadia Berry

Passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.

Beloved partner of Robert Vogt. Loving mother of Tanya Cross (Rik) and granddaughter Katie Cross (Aspen). Predeceased by Mollie and Bert Fisher. Nadia will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her many friends, as well as her former colleagues at the Waterloo Regional Police Service.

Nadia found pure joy in life’s simplest pleasures, whether it was going for a walk or enjoying a coffee with friends. Her legacy of kindness to everyone she met, shown clearly through her volunteer work at St. Mary’s Hospital and her profound love of animals, will never be forgotten.

A celebration of Nadia’s life will take place at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home’s Historic Kuntz House, 171 King St. S, Waterloo, on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Private family interment to take place at a later date.
