We are deeply saddened by the passing of Don Ruppe, who left us at the age of 82. Don was the kind of person whose dedication set him apart hardworking, committed, and someone who never truly retired because helping others was simply part of who he was.
Don inspired us every day. His knowledge, his willingness to lend a hand, and his steady presence were pillars of support in our business growth. He never hesitated to show up, to guide, to encourage, and to push us forward. We were supposed to meet on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, and it’s hard to accept that this meeting will never come.
He was kind, energetic, and always on the go a person who made things happen. Don left us too soon, and the void he leaves behind is immense. We still needed your guidance, Don. Your wisdom and your spirit will stay with us, and we will carry forward the lessons you shared.
Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family, friends, and everyone whose lives he touched. May his memory be a blessing, and may we honor him by continuing the work and kindness he embodied so naturally.

Don was a dear Y friend and fellow yogi. I’ll remember his thoughtful perspective, his love of life, his delight in discovering good food, and the easy conversations that somehow always left me thinking a little differently. He had a quiet way of making people feel welcome and made our yoga community feel more connected. He reminded me that paying attention—to people, to moments, to joy—is its own kind of practice. I’ll miss seeing him on the mat. My heartfelt condolences to his family and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

My sincere condolences to Don's family.
Although I knew Don through the YMCA, he made a lasting impression on me. I always admired his positive energy and kindness. He never failed to say hello, ask about my work, or inquire about my granddaughter. Those simple conversations meant a great deal.
I was in awe of Don's dedication to staying fit and healthy, and even more inspired by the joy he found in life. He often spoke about his family with pride and especially enjoyed working alongside his son. I remember him saying, "Work is fun"—a statement that perfectly captured his outlook on life.
To still be working at 82 years old says so much about the remarkable person he was. Don was truly a role model whose enthusiasm, work ethic, and appreciation for life inspired those around him.
He has earned a special place in my heart, and I feel fortunate to have known him. May your cherished memories bring comfort and peace during this difficult time.
This version keeps the focus on Don's character and the personal impact he had on you while expressing heartfelt sympathy to his family.
